The Sports Club/LA actually made its debut in Miami in 2004, one of its most recent locations in a national expansion of the original ground-breaking facility in Los Angeles during the late 80s that immediately attracted star athletes and entertainment figures alike.

The architecture and design of the club reflects the surrounding lifestyle of Miami itself. Visitors enter by way of a Grand Lobby that overlooks a four-story waterfall. The interior here remains frequently open to the dramatic vistas created by intersecting urban and ocean surfaces, from the 10,000 square foot weight training gym with views of Biscayne Bay to the Jacuzzi and tropical sundeck, which also overlook the Bay. At the same time, the club’s interior design affords plentiful areas of tranquility, privacy and relaxation from the urban hum – be it the cool corners of the bar and refreshment areas or unwinding in one of the private therapy rooms.
